That was Season 1

So, I think that episode 16 marks the end of season 1. The two main storylines have come to a (sort of) conclusion… it wouldn’t be a horror story if the door was not left ajar for comeback hijinks!

Hiatus – Season 2 needs a plan!

I will be taking a week off to focus on planning the next season. I cannot emphasize enough how much the first season WASN’T planned. I started this whole thing on a whim and the narratives came to me as I went along. I am very interested to see where a little bit of planning will take me.

London - the home of Moses Knopff, a gnostic investigator. He will be making an appearance in season 2.

Season two will definitely feature more from Moses Knopff, who was briefly introduced in the last episode. Moses is an old character of mine who I am delighted to bring into this medium. Moses is an investigator of the weird, with many contacts in the underground Gnostic and Circlar communities.

I will be writing the next part of ‘In Case I Die’ where he may also make an appearance.

The Devil Box in Season 2

The Devil Box will feature again in season 2.
The Devil Box will feature again in season 2.

The Devil Box is a bit of an experiment into audio interactive fiction. The Halloween episode uses it as a conceit, and I managed to write a rather short adventure for the listener to play through thedevilbox.com. I have another adventure in the works, so you will hear more from this trapped demon!

Extra Content

The Strange Circle Histories may make an appearance in the near future. These will be documentary-style podcasts, separate from the main episodes. (Think Ken Burns without the slow-zooming image!) The focus will be on Circlar history over the past 150 years, fleshing out the Strange Circle Universe. For a taste of that, you can check out the Burning Hand article on Collette Bowyer.

I will keep you updated on how things are progressing, so follow me here, or on twitter or facebook.

Thanks for listening, and keep watching that clock, as somewhere its the Hour of the Dead!
